(See optional events) Novice Supreme is ONLY open to contestants who have not won a title paying $1,000 cash or more in the last 3 years. (September 1st 2005 to September 1st 2008) Our Novice Supreme winners receive: $1,200 bond, custom pink & teal crystal ice crown, exclusive pink and teal monogrammed wrap sash and custom pink & teal crystal ice sash pin! Supremes will be featured in our National advertising and our paperwork!

These titles are just as important as our total package National Beauty age division queens! National Dream Dolls are awarded based on facial beauty ONLY. Judged on stage. Modeling & clothes are NOT judged. Have a pretty face? YOU CAN win a National title with GREAT prizes! Dream Dolls will receive: a $800 bond, Queen trophy, custom LOGO pink & teal ice crown and beautiful monogrammed satin wrap sash! These awards are EXACTLY the same as for our National Beauty Queens! Our national Dream Doll Queens are important to us and will be featured on our paperwork and in our Nationals ads!

OPTIONAL AWARDS - Our pageant system awards quality toys and gifts as prizes for our Swimsuit, Casual Wear, Sportswear, Photogenic, Composite, Natural & Print Model Photo winners. These are high quality items that we believe our contestants will enjoy and use! We select toys from companies like Mattel & Tyco, etc.

SWIMSUIT - One or two piece suits. Suits should be age appropriate. Cover-ups are permitted. Contestants age 11 and up are advised to wear taupe or clear shoes. Winner and two runners up in each age division.

OPTIONAL OUTFIT OF CHOICE - You may enter only one outfit of choice. Sportswear OR Casual wear.
Sportswear attire may be glitzy, vogue, high fashion or tailored. Your choice. Sportswear is pro-am modeling. Casual wear attire is off the rack or custom. No rhinestones on casual wears. No pro-am in casual wear. There will be no time limit, however we suggest leaving the judges wishing for more, not less. Winner & two runners up in each age division. Your highest score from swimsuit or outfit of choice will be used toward your supreme total. This may be to your advantage!


BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGENIC - Please submit your photo(s) during registration. Photos may be any size up to 8 ˝ X 11.Your name and age must be on the back and your photo must be protected by a clear cover. One winner & two runners up in each age division. Each and every photo will be judged and your highest scores will be used toward your supreme total. You may enter extra photos for $25 each.

OPTIONAL COLOR PHOTOGENIC - Please submit your photo(s) during registration. Photos may be any size up to 8 ˝ X 11.Your name and age must be on the back and your photo must be protected by a clear cover. One winner & two runners up in each age division. OPTIONAL NATURAL PHOTOGENIC - Please submit your photo(s) during registration. Natural photos may be any size up to 8 ˝ X 11. No obvious re-touch please. The judges are looking for a pretty natural photo. Your name and age must be on the back and your photo must be protected by a clear cover. Each and every photo will be judged and your highest scores will be used toward your supreme total. You may enter extra photos for $25 each.

OPTIONAL COMPOSITE - This may be to your advantage! These will feature a variety of you photos to include head shots and full body/three quarter shots. Each composite submitted will be given a score from the judges and will be used if it is your highest photo scores toward your supreme total. You may enter extra composites for $25 each.

OPTIONAL PRINT MODEL - This event is for full length, three quarter, black and white or color. Anything goes. Each print model photo submitted will be given scores from the judges and will be used if it is your highest photo event scores toward your supreme total. You may enter extra photos for $25 each.

OPTIONAL BEST AWARDS - Best awards will be presented in each age group for Best smile, prettiest hair and best personality. Winners will receive a great national award.

LINE UP & PROGRAM BOOK - Line up in each age group is determined by the postmark date on your entry and deposit. First in, last out in line up OR your choice. You MUST send a wallet size photo for the program book by the deadline. Your line up spot will be based on when your deposit is received or post marked. HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT PLACE YOU IN LINE UP UNTIL YOUR PHOTO AND ENTRY FORM IS RECEIVED. YOU MAY USE PAYPAL FOR DEPOSITS, send to national@tropicaldreamstars.com Photos may be emailed no larger than a 5X7 in jpg format only. Please do not forget to submit your entry form! SIGNS AND VENDORS - NO signs, posters, etc. will be permitted on hotel walls, doors or elevators. This is our pageant regulation, not the hotel. Bulletin boards will be placed on easels; you are welcome to place your signs there. Ignoring this rule may result in disqualification, as determined by the director. Tables will be provided for your pageant forms and flyers. Vendors of merchandise MUST contact the director in advance. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Optional Door Events - As always, we will offer Overall best dressed, photogenic, outfit of choice and swimsuit at the door. These will give each girl a chance to win extra awards and may be used to break ties for any supremes. (except supreme dream doll) Prizes will be top quality and include large gifts, giant crowns, bonds and sash's! Details will be mailed prior to the pageant.

STAGE/MUSIC/VIDEO - Professional sound, music and video will be provided. You may bring your own CD for outfit of choice only. No video/photo cameras of any kind may be taken in the ballroom. All cell phones must be turned off or on silent while in the ballroom. You may model a front OR back T. Your choice. You do not have to change routines! Mr. Tim, “the voice of pageants” will once again be our MC for nationals.

COVER QUEEN - Our 2008 Cover Queen will grace the front cover of our beautiful program book! Please send a head shot. The Grand winner will receive a CUSTOM National crown, monogrammed title sash, $100 bond, appear in our ads, paperwork and have their photo on the cover! Honorable mention winners will also be featured in our book! Must be in by August 21st. YOU MAY SEND YOUR COVER ENTRIES BY EMAIL IN JPG FORMAT.

RESERVATIONS - Call The Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel. The hotel is Located at 1031 Virginia Ave. Atlanta, GA. 30337. Minutes from Hartsfield International Airport. Hotel has a free shuttle service from the airport. Room rates are $90. Rooms feature refrigerators, hair dryers and more! Restaurants offer a wide range of items to choose from, Starbucks & room service 24 hours! Please call early! EVERYONE WHO MAKES RESERVATIONS BEFORE 8/25/08 WILL BE PLACE IN A SPECIAL DRAWING FOR ONE FREE NIGHT PAID AT THE HILTON. YOUR WEEKEND HOTEL STAY COULD BE FREE! JUST CALL ON TIME TO BOOK YOUR ROOM! Friday September 26 – Early Registration: 4-5pm. Registration 0-3yrs. 6-7PM/
4-9yrs. 7-8pm/ 10 &Up 8-9pm Please call if you cannot make these registration times. We wish to allow the youngest contestants to register first. You will be asked to provide your hotel room number at registration. Turn in all photos, pay all balances due, and purchase extra badges.
Saturday September 27th- Beauty, outfit of choice and swimsuit. All ages. Saturday evening party!
This is always lot’s of fun for the whole family.
Sunday September 28th - Crowning of 2008 Tropical Dream Stars National Royalty.
* We will advise you of exact times at registration. Line up will be first for each event.
*Door badges: Must be WORN at all times. In your pocket, purse or room is not worn. Do not attempt to enter the ballroom with out your badge.

REFERRALS - Receive your supreme package paid if you refer 5 contestants not on our mailing list. $25 credit for each referral fewer than five.

GIFTS FOR OUTGOING ROYALTY - If you know girls who are giving up titles at our national this year, you are welcome to bring small gifts to personally present to them on stage, as they take their final walk. This is not required, however it is a kind gesture to offer your pageant friends or fellow contestants. TDS encourages kindness to others in all things. The national director will have a gift for each outgoing queen.
